  • Brooklyn Basin and Jack London Sq. CA United States (map)

September 19: Night Watch in Oakland (free)

On its final evening, Night Watch will travel the shoreline of the Oakland Estuary, first visiting Brooklyn Basin (6:15 pm), then Jack London Square (6:50pm) Note that arrival times of the Night Watch barge can only be approximate.

Music onshore is programmed by Classical Revolution. Social service organizations that advocate for and support asylees and refugees will have tables and literature at the Jack London Square location.

Important note about transportation and parking: Brooklyn Basin has very limited parking for automobiles. Bicycling is encouraged. There are shuttles from multiple locations, including nearby BART stops. Shuttle information is HERE. The shuttle from BART runs to Brooklyn Basin from 4pm - 8pm.

Jack London Square (JLS) encourages bicycling, or taking BART to the 12th St. stop and the bus to the base of Broadway where Jack London Square is located. If you must drive, there are five different parking garages quite close to JLS. See below for detail.
