Founded in 2020 during the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic by visionary leaders Clark Suprynowicz and Shelly Trott, Immersive Arts Alliance (IAA) was born from a resolve to not only endure but also to innovate. As the world grappled with unprecedented challenges, we saw an opportunity to rethink the role of art in society.

At IAA, we are driven by a bold vision for the San Francisco Bay Area to stand alongside renowned cultural hubs like Berlin, Paris, and New York at the forefront of art and innovation. Our goal extends beyond recovery from the pandemic; we are dedicated to revitalizing and supporting the Bay Area’s rich legacy of groundbreaking cultural invention.
